Yes! Our tour guides make their living primarily off gratuities, and tips are greatly appreciated and respected if you feel your guide provided an explemplory experience. Thank you!
Tours are vegetarian friendly, however vegan substitutions are not always available.
We can accommodate for gluten-free, however cannot always avoid cross-contamination for celiac disease.
Most food allergies and dietary restrictions are accomodated provided we know ahead of time.
Please be sure and provide information specific to your dietary restriction for anyone in your party (e.g. vegetarian, gluten free, non-dairy, food allergy, etc.) upon purchase of tickets.
We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (Bachelorette parties, family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and many more). Please inquire about our private tours for 8 or more guests.

We respectfully ask that no children under the age of 12 are brought on tour. Children ages 12+ are allowed on the “A Taste of Old Town Scottsdale” food tour, however age 21+ is required for other tours. We do not offer child rates for tickets.

Absolutely not! While focused on local cuisine and culinary insight, our tours combine architectural commentary, historical facts, and local culture into a unique 3-hour experience. Imagine walking through the city eating our local artisans most delicious foods while learning the neighborhoods from real locals.
Yes, advance ticket purchase is required, and available for purchase up to 2 hours before start of tour. But we often fill up quickly! To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.
All tour routes and locations are wheelchair/scooter accessible.
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. After your ticket purchase, you’ll receive instructions including parking and other info.
The city of Scottsdale offers free parking, both on street and in parking structures.
The city of Tempe offers metered street parking and flat-rate garage pricing.
Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations.
Tours are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We also provide umbrellas if you do not have your own. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes and bring a reusable bottle of water. We recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear an extra layer of clothing.
